4M design and developed the concept of CNC HYDRO SLOTTING MACHINE which is an hydro power cutting action offer constant ,smooth and continuous cutting force.instead of impact load in an elector mechanical slotting machine.
Objectives of Hydro Slotting machine :
- To achieve slot size with a tolerance zone of IT 6 to IT 7 quality.
- To ensure no or minimum taper in the slot .
- To achieve spline indexing accuracy within 30 seconds.
- To ensure proper fit with respect to spline shaft .
- To ensure variable cutting speeds to optimize for the operation.
- To ensure variable feeds to optimize for the operation.
